SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Johnny Devil provides FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50 and charges a flat rate of $8.95AUD for all other domestic orders. We use Australia standard postage, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Your package is expected to arrive 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Johnny Devil charges a flat rate of $10(AUD) for all orders shipped to New Zealand. We use Australia Post International Pack and Track for all New Zealand orders. Orders to New Zealand have a *3-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Johnny Devil ships to nearly every country for a flat rate of $20AUD. We use premium Australia Post services which will be either Australia Post Pack and Track International or Australia Post Registered International postage (depending on which country is being shipped to). International shipping services have a *4-12 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination).

*Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays caused by weather / customs / any other post issue.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.  All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or your shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Johnny Devil is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
